Worst coffee I've ever had in my life, no exaggeration. From the moment I opened the bag, I knew something was wrong. The smell was harsh and unpleasant, and the beans were loaded with an unusual amount of chaff. I removed what I could and still gave it a fair try in my Jura. The result was completely undrinkable… intensely bitter, sour, and honestly the worst tasting coffee I’ve ever had.
Because the quality of the coffee was so poor, I contacted the seller. They told me to return the bag for a refund, so I paid $13 to ship back a $20 product. Several weeks have passed with no refund. The seller stopped responding.
The coffee was terrible, and the customer service was even worse. Trust me, avoid this coffee.
